If you wish to make a return please contact us directly prior to returning for approval. We will accept exchanges and returns within 30 days of PURCHASE. Any APPROVED return after 30 days will be for store credit only.

When making a return please include a copy of your invoice with the returned item.  If you do not have a copy of your invoice, please include your full name, billing address with return package.  All returned items must be unworn; in the same state you received them in and in the original packaging.

Please note all shipping fees are non-refundable.  Additional shipping fees will be added for exchanged items.  All refunds will be issued within 72 hours of receipt and acceptance.  Please be aware that it may take up to 10 business days for your credit card to show the return depending on your credit card company.

Please note: There are some items that cannot be returned.  These items include things such as vaccines, cut rope, bungee, cable, and chain.
