Yes! Our phone lines are available during standard operating hours. Cold Spot for Healthy Pets hours of operation are Monday-Saturday from 9am-7pm (Alaska Standard Time) and Sunday from 10am-6pm (Alaska Standard Time).

Yes! However, shipping and postage charges increase, order transport and delivery will take longer, and there are more restricted items that cannot be shipped.

Yes, these products are considered Restricted Items. Most medications, de-wormers, vaccines, and supplements are considered restricted items that can only be shipped within the state of Alaska or cannot be shipped altogether. If you have any questions regarding restricted shipping items, feel free to inquire by emailing orders@coldspotfeeds.com or calling 1 (907) 456-0684

All orders made with Cold Spot for Healthy Pets are charged shipping and handling based on a weight scale, as well as postage charges. Cold Spot primarily ships through USPS using Priority Mail (postage starting at $7.50) or Priority Express Shipping (postage starting at $26.35).

RETURNS AND RETURN POLICIES

Returns are applicable within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must be in new, saleable condition and in the original packaging. On orders that are refused by the customer or were undelivered, shipping fees will be deducted at UPS Published Shipping upon finalizing the return of the order

If a return is needing to be made, contact our mailroom via email at order@coldspotfeeds.com or call 1 (907) 456-0684 to sort out the details of the return.

Funds will be returned to the charge account up to 72 hours post return finalization. Store credit will be added to the customer’s Cold Spot account immediately following finalization of the return.

If a customer chooses to make a return on an order, the customer will pay for return postage. If a mistake was made by Cold Spot during order fulfillment, Cold Spot will assume responsibility for return postage*. (*The assumption of Cold Spot return postage will be determined by the General Manager of Cold Spot for Healthy Pets).
