SALES POLICY
We will accept exchanges and returns within 30 days of PURCHASE. Items returned worn or dirty will not be accepted/returned. Shipping fees are non refundable, unless an error was made by Cold Spot Feeds, Inc. Additional shipping fees will be added for exchanged items.
- All our prices are in US Dollars and are subject to change at any time.
- If an item you want is out of stock or backordered, we will call you or e-mail you, and ship the item as soon as possible.
- All order under 30 pounds are shipped USPS Priority mail with Delivery Confirmation. Generally packages arrive from 5 - 7 days.
- For express delivery or U.P.S., please call the mail order department for a quote.
