Connie & Mark Dubay 26 years Owner
Connie started the business in 1986 and has owned it solely since 1997. She is general supervisor of the staff. Connie is married to Mark and she has 4 grown children. Connie helps with staffing issues, monitors the bookkeeping, answers those odds questions such as, “Why does my dog have to eat the couch when I leave the house?” “Can I give birth in a stock tank?” plus lots of the ‘normal’ questions. She works on the counter at times and is available most days to anyone who wants to see her.

Jane came to work for Cold Spot just before we opened up our new location in 2003. She was hired to be a front-end person and she has evolved just like Cold Spot Feeds into other positions. She runs the mailroom full time and does an amazing job. She is very knowledgeable on pet products, foods and supplements.
Jane was born and raised in Fairbanks & has been here 28 years.

Ray orders the dog foods and mushing gear for Cold Spot Feeds.
Ray has lived in Alaska 4 years.

Steve T. helps EVERYONE here at Cold Spot Feeds. Steve is our store 'Musher' as well, available to help with all your dog mushing needs. Steve helps Mark with all the odd jobs around the store as well as working the counter, the warehouse, the mail order department and helps out in the offices up stairs. We are lucky to have Steve on our team.

Ira and Kathy are Connie's parents. Ira and Kathy live in WA State and work full time building items for Cold Spot. They have never lived here but have visited many times and been to lots of dog races such as the Yukon Quest and North American.
